of the mighty river Nile. Although Uganda is best known for its
memorable and magical encounter with mountain
gorillas, mountain gorillas are endangered species. the country is
also the richest for birds in Africa. A record of 1005 bird species has
not been identified, ranging from the highland bird specialties which
include the African green broad bill in Bwindi to the lowland and water
birds which include the African fin foot at Lake Mburo
